For borrowers
Understand your options and your next step.
Compare products and estimated costs, submit an application, supply documents and follow its progress. Review offers, track simulated funding and repayments, and ask for support.
Phases 1 & 2 · Local implementation ready
Connect borrowing needs with funding.
Follow the journey from application to final repayment.
The first two phases connect borrowers, funding partners and operations in a working local demonstration. Save an application, record a decision, accept a versioned offer and reserve simulated funding.
Applications · Review decisions · Versioned offers · Funding reservations
The product vision
A borrower needs to know what happens next. A funding partner needs to understand where capital is committed. An operations team needs the evidence and authority to move each case forward. This project will connect all three.
For borrowers
Compare products and estimated costs, submit an application, supply documents and follow its progress. Review offers, track simulated funding and repayments, and ask for support.
For funding partners
Establish funding capacity and preferences, assess permitted opportunities and follow allocations. Distinguish reserved capital, active exposure, expected returns and confirmed receipts.
For platform operations
Verify information, assess applications and oversee agreements, funding and servicing. Assign cases, resolve exceptions and retain a clear history of decisions and actions.
The intended capabilities
This is the full destination. The first two phases cover applications through funding reservations; payments, servicing and reporting remain future work.
Onboarding, product comparison, applications, document versions and requests for information.
Credit review, recorded reasons, versioned offers, acceptance and funding allocation.
Simulated payments, reconciliation, repayment schedules, arrears, portfolios and closure.
Support cases, work queues, scoped access, audit history and reporting.
Approval, offer acceptance, funding commitment and confirmed payment are different events. We’ll make those distinctions visible—and explore what happens when information is missing, decisions conflict or an outcome is uncertain.
Phase 1 · Implemented locally
Save a synthetic draft, attach demo evidence, submit it and assign an operations reviewer. Request more information without losing the case history.
Read Phase 1 →Phase 2 · Implemented locally
Record an assessment, issue and supersede offers, accept exact terms and reserve available capital. A commitment is kept separate from a payment.
Read Phase 2 →Phases 3–7 · The next engineering questions
These guides define the next steps without pretending that payment providers, real identity or a commercial lending model have already been chosen.
Phase 3
SQL Server, EF Core, concurrency, identity and durable background work.

Authorization, unknown outcomes, retries, idempotency and reconciliation.
Read Phase 4 →Phase 5
Repayment schedules, arrears, support, changes and closure.
Read Phase 5 →Phases 6–7
Funding partner reporting, work queues, permissions, audit and operational control.

This is an educational application using fictional users, synthetic evidence and simulated money. It is not open for borrowing or investment. The first implementation uses Angular, .NET, local JSON storage and one synthetic funding partner per loan. Demo terms are 12 months, zero interest and no fees. These are teaching assumptions; production identity, financial rules and deployment remain future work.
The Loan Investments Supermarket repository provides domain inspiration; it does not establish that this new product is already implemented. ClearLend remains a working name.
